1. How do I get my own website? Send us an e-mail for a quotation. Typical costs are also detailed in our Cost page. You need to provide us with your proposed business name, so that we can confirm the availability of this Domain name on the .CO.ZA database, or on the ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) for the .COM, .NET and other International domain names. Let us register a .MOBI domain for mobile applications. Very cost effective, and low bandwidth to load fast on a mobile phone. 2. What is a Domain Name? This is your website address name, normally closely associated with your business name. Example: Me selling LED Lights = www.myled.co.za 3. What next? After confirming your new domain name, send us a description and details of your business. Description of products, services, photos, contact and map details etc. to set up the website. We will register your domain, and start with the design. If it is an existing domain, and you just need a redesign of the website, we do this on a test domain. You can then view our progress on a day to day basis until completion. Only when satisfied we will move the new website to your live domain (website address). 4. Contract? We do not lock you into a contract, and should you decide that you want to terminate our hosting services, a 30 days notice (by e-mail) is all that is required, as well as a fully paid up account. 5. Data bases and on-line shopping carts? As we try and keep costs down, we would normally not designs these functions into your website. This will escalate costs, as these functions are costly and complex. You can always start small, and expand the website with more functions over time. 6.
